This set of aircraft instrument styled cufflinks includes miniturized versions of the Altimeter and Airspeed Indicator instruments.
Those instruments are part of what is often referred to as the pilot's six-pack. They are grouped together so that with a quick scan the pilot can get information on the aircraft speed, altitude, climb/descent, altitude, heading and turning/banking.
