Incorporated in 1965, the Museum of Flight has been operating at Boeing Field since 1983 when the Red Barn opened its doors.
The Museum campus has grown considerably since then opening new galleries in 1987, 2004, 2012 and 2016.
This Museum of Flight Benchmark was inspired by U.S. Geological Survey Benchmarks. The benchmark features the Museum's latitude, longitude, elevation and established date.
