Venus, the smoldering hottie with a mysterious side, is named after the Roman Goddess of love and beauty and is the brightest object in the night sky besides the moon. She rotates backwards very slowly and the carbon dioxide trapped in by thick clouds of sulphur dioxide makes her the hottest planet in the solar system.
